SBJ Profiles Bespoke on Ten Year Anniversary

In this week's print issue Sports Business Journal takes a look back at Bespoke's first ten years in business under the headline,"A Birthday for Bespoke: How a boutique agency carved out its niche with service, and a bit of fun, in a crowded sports space."

The two-page spread from SBJ reporter Ben Portnoy discusses the desire of Bespoke CEO Mike Boykin and President Greg Busch to launch an agency ten years ago that provided more senior-led counsel for all clients. Portnoy writes, "Bespoke has taken things in stride over 10 years, working long hours and on varying deadlines to develop an impressive client list with work across NASCAR, NHL, college sports and more. That’s all while maintaining the personal touches of a mom-and-pop shop."

Portnoy also delves into Bespoke's culture, writing, "This, at its heart, is what has made Bespoke so successful. Boykin, Busch and their team are grinders, sure. But there’s a lighthearted element to what goes on. Sports, after all, are supposed to be fun — as long as the work is getting done." Adding, "Ten years in, those efforts by Busch, Boykin and their team brings staying power. That’s cause for celebration."
